Understanding JAMB Direct Entry (DE)
JAMB Direct Entry allows holders of Advanced Level qualifications (ND, HND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, Cambridge A-Levels, or First Degree) to gain admission directly into 200 Level in Nigerian universities.
Qualifications Accepted for Direct Entry
- National Diploma (ND) — Minimum of Lower Credit or Upper Credit (depending on university).

Candidates who sat the UTME exam but later obtained an A'Level qualification during the admission cycle can convert their UTME registration to Direct Entry at any accredited JAMB CBT centre without purchasing a fresh application form.

All Direct Entry applicants must ensure their awarding institution uploads their official transcript directly to the JAMB verification portal. Unverified A'Level results will delay CAPS admission processing.
