How the JAMB UTME Aggregate System Works
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) evaluates candidates across four computer-based test (CBT) subjects totaling 400 marks:
Use of English (60 Questions)Weighted out of 100 marks. Features comprehension passages, sentence completion, antonyms, synonyms, and oral forms.
3 Core Discipline Subjects (40 Questions Each)Each core subject (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Government, Literature) is scored out of 100 marks.
