1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the JambAdvisor platform (“jambadvisor.com”), including our Strategy Planner, University Explorer, Score Predictor, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope & Nature of Educational Advisory

JambAdvisor operates as an educational decision-support system. All probability calculations, target cutoff estimates, and sittings checks are derived from historical institution data and admission quota algorithms.

• No Admission Guarantee: A high calculated probability on JambAdvisor does not constitute a legally binding offer of admission. Final decisions rest solely with university senates and JAMB CAPS.
• Dynamic Cutoff Updates: Tertiary institutions reserve the right to alter Post-UTME screening formulas, aggregate weightings, and departmental quotas during an active admission cycle.
• Candidate Responsibility: Candidates must verify final subject combinations in the official JAMB IBASS brochure before submitting or changing courses.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct Rules

When using JambAdvisor, you agree that you will not:

• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots to harvest institutional data, pSEO guides, or user records.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise server infrastructure.
• Submit intentionally false score data to corrupt community admission benchmarks.
• Republish or commercialize our proprietary strategy algorithms without written consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, UI designs, strategy models, database structures, and written pSEO guides on JambAdvisor are protected by intellectual property laws under the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to jurisdiction in Nigerian courts.
